If one of the processes are open on your device your account will automatically be banned due to nature of these Processes being used to debug programs. These bans will not be lifted under any circumstances.

3. Refund & Dispute Policy

3.1 Refunds

Once a payment has been completed, your payment will not be refunded under any circumstance, due to the nature of the product being a digital serial license.

3.2 Disputes

In a event of a dispute via PayPal or the payment provider in question, your license will be gathered from your order, and will be temporary suspended, until the dispute is resolved, if you claim the dispute your suspension will not be lifted.

4.1 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users.

4.2 (SID) Device Lock

In the event of a “HWID” Lock, it refers to your Windows SID, PC Name, and IP address does not match the original device, which you first used.

Resets

We understand these can happen by accident, or due to a Windows reset, we will only reset your license if your Windows has been reinstalled within the last 7 days and has not been reset within this time before.

We will not reset for the following reasons:

• (1.) You want to share with a friend.
• (2.) You purchased for a friend but logged in by accident.
• (3.) You want to use on a seperate PC (Such as a Laptop / Spare PC)
• (4.) Others that are not mentioned.

All content, trademarks, and data on our website and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of SuperSpoofer or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

SuperSpoofer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
